                          Cuinary Arts II Students

CCAP's Culinary Arts II Students were tasked with creating edible garnishes.  The assignment included carving and cutting vegetables and fruit used to decorate for table decorations. They utilized cutting and carving skills on such garnishes, such as apples, radish flowers, carrot curl flowers, Mario Mushrooms, and flowers used from cucumber curls.

Students used garnishing tools, such as a V-Cutter, Zester, Carrot /Curler, Vegetable Peelers and Tournee Knife. The students worked very hard and put a great deal of effort into skill application on this assignment. Great teamwork!
