The SkillsUSA Cosmetology District Competition was held at the Virginia Beach Technical Center, Saturday, February 23, 2020. Francesca Tallarico, CCAP and Nansemond River High School student placed 1
st in the Cosmetology Competition. Mrs. Crystal Taylor, Cosmetology teacher and the CCAP staff are so very proud of Francesca.
She will advance to the state level in April, should the schedule allow in the midst of what we’re experiencing at present.
