Protecting Your Mental Health During the Coronavirus OutbreakProtecting your mental health is just as important as protecting your physical health. As we are currently dealing with the effects of COVID-19, (social distancing, closing of schools/businesses, and various Restriction Guidelines), we need to ensure that we are taking care of ourselves mentally, while dealing with this new reality.
